Space 119B is a medium sized Space located on Level 1 of Salamanca Arts Centre. This Space is located in the Stanmore Building and overlooks the Salamanca Square and Wooby’s Lane. Access is via stairs from the SAC Courtyard or Wooby’s Lane.

Space 119B is carpeted, with both plaster walls and limewashed stone walls. There are exposed industrial beams, leadlight glass windows, as well as overhead heating and an overhead fan. A kitchenette / common area is shared among just three studios in this part of the building.

Like all SAC Spaces, 119B has an NBN connection (internet connection is tenant’s responsibility) and multiple powerpoints. Space 119B has been used as both administration/office space and studio/art space in the past.

All Salamanca Arts Centre Spaces are working Spaces only; they are not residential in nature.
